Campaign Turn 7

For the duration of Campaign Turn 7 the following realm and realmscape feature will be in effect.

Realm: Realm of Fire
Realmscape Feature: Clouds of Smoke and Steam

Results of Orders for Campaign Turn 7!

Orders resulted int two battles for this campaign turn with the same two players duking it out.

Battle of the Old Silk Road Central (53):
Kharadron Overlords (2,200pts) vs Stormcast Eternals: Dracothis (2,000pts)

  • Kharadron Overlords receiving support from the banner that just moved in to occupy Malko (60)

Battle of Geistenmund Gentle Mounds (43)
Kharadron Overlords (2,000pts) vs Stormcast Eternals: Arcanum (2,200pts)

  • Stormcast Eternals receiving support from the banner that moved to the north of Geistenmund Hills (31)

As you can see a few couriers got lost on the road and orders were never submitted. It happens. Some interesting development in the alliance between Chaos Dwarves and Legions of Nagash...the fellowship has failed and the alliance has been broken! The Chaos Dwarves have moved in and taken territory, namely Tor Anrok, from the undead. How will they respond?

Orders Roll Log:
The Shadowstrike Patrol tried to Raze and Move but unfortunately rolled a 2. That's what happens when you give a pyromaniac the order to raze an entire territory. I was fully expecting for the Shadowstrike Patrol to vanish in an involuntary explosion of gore; however, the orruks didn't receive any orders to move, so the lizards just basked in the glowing flames instead.

Eric and Brett have the only games this turn! Give me the results when the games are completed!

End of Campaign Turn 6

Here is what the map looks like at the end of Campaign Turn 6. Matt's Other army regrouped at his HQ after being massacred. A reminder that after being defeated, you may retool your list as you see fit. You're learning from your mistakes, gaining reinforcements, performed a dozen training montages, etc. You get the gist. For those of you that are fortifying positions, to continue to gain the fortification bonus you must remain in position. If that army moves out the fortification bonus is lost. Kyle's Cohort 6 has been dropping bodies and raising them to their ranks left and right. They still have their 250pt bonus if they are brought to battle this coming turn. Kyle, Brett, and Eric all gained new armies at their HQ at the end of the turn due to their conquests.
